Need A Lift? Forget It.
This helpful sign from November 2006 warns people that the lift (only one of three works, and only when the operator is present) is for materials only-- not workers or residents.

As late as November 2006, it seemed that our parking space, pictured here, was the only one in the entire garage that hadn't had concrete poured.

By October 2006, Block C of the building, facing east, had its facade nearly finished, with all the balconies fully glassed in.
Going Up
Two stairwells and three elevators lead down inside each apartment block. Unlike most western-style constructions, there is no central corridor that connects each side of the building on each floor. Instead, the building is divided into three blocks. Each block has its own elevators and stairwells, isolated from the other blocks, and each block has a lobby common to all apartments in that block on that floor.
